What are early identification programs?
These programs tend to have different names such as “early ID” OR “early discovery” OR “future discovery” with varying program formats (virtual, summer internships, 3-5 day all expenses paid summits/conferences, 1 day events, etc).
These programs are a company’s way of engaging with underclassmen to build a pipeline for their internship programs, which are open to juniors and above.
This is an excellent way to get on an organization’s radar, learn more about their company/industry, network with fellow students, and build a relationship with their early-career recruiting teams.
